Ready for your home to wow and welcome? We can bring your space to life with a Hydrangea Homes vision!
Phase 1: The Consultation & Conception Phase
In this phase at our initial consultation and site visit , we walk and measure the space , discuss your needs , how you live in the space and what you want your space to say. We will go over style preferences , vision and budget . At hydrangea homes your budget does not determine the quality of design we will give you. Each client will receive the same level of creativity and commitment to exceptional design no matter the amount of money one has to spend on selections and improvements. We then will take all that we discussed and come up first with the foundation of any design which is ..... function and layout! Your space has to be liveable and flow with your life and the space its self. At Hydrangea Homes we are specialist with extensive experience in space planning and maximizing layouts. Once we confirm the best layout option for your space we will then begin to create the visual design boards , creating the "vibe " choosing the color platette , materials, fabrics, and furnishings.
Phase 2: Implementation Phase
In this phase we will make and order the final selections , Hydrangea Homes will receive , inspect and store all your items until installation. In This stage is when any changes to selections take place, Ensuring we are working within the set time frame and budget.
Phase 3: The Finishing Touch.
In this phase is when all the selections come together with the finishing touches of Art , lighting and accessories. In this phase we build on the foundation of the previous phases to finish the whole design with elegance . At this phase is when the "character" of the space comes together.
Phase 4: Installation phase!!
The big day! We strive to be able to install in one day when possible depending on the scope of the project, with exception of construction work and lighting installation . This day is when all the hard work and vision becomes a reality, giving your home a new beginning and another life to live.
New construction design consulting and finish selection:

We will work closely with you and your builder from start to finish, including layout, and guiding you through full finish selections—including exterior and interior styles, finishes, paint colors, wall coverings, flooring, woodwork, and lighting. Our expert guidance ensures that building your dream home feels more like a dream than a headache, with every detail reflecting the signature design of a HYDRANGEA HOME.
Investment property design and management:
Are you a investor or want to be investor but have no time to design your renovation project, select and shop for your finishes, don’t want to or have time to manage the budget schedule all the subs and contractors to get your project completed for a profit? We can do that for you! If your property reflects our brand and we feel that it has the potential to shine we will manage and design the project for you.
Per hour design consultation
Ever just want to pick a designers brain!? Well don’t be shy! We are here for all the brainstorming. Need help with space planning, design direction, challenges , suggestions of finishes, art placement , etc ? So many times all that one may need is a little help or some “redesign “ . We offer packages for per hour design up until full service is required .
